That’s entirely up to you! If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust. You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first. Remember learning BJJ is a marathon not a sprint! Sign up today!
Our classes vary in duration from 60 to 90 minutes and led by qualified coaches. We always start together with a warm-up designed to get blood flowing and get you ready for the work ahead. The coach will lead the class in task based games or a specific technique that we work on with a partner. During the class, the coach will be guiding and providing feedback. At the end of class, we typically do live sparring called “rolling” where we try to tie everything together. Sign up today!
